Every other month we host town hall meetings which provides the opportunity for everyone’s voice to be heard and allows time for all employees to be in the same place at the same time, even virtually. On the months that don’t include town hall meetings, a monthly newsletter goes out to keep everyone updated on employee benefit reminders and other HR news, company announcements, sales updates, etc. This newsletter also includes a note from HSi leadership.
At the end of the day, we’re a family. Because of the nature of our work, we’re often on calls when our days are just getting started.
